![]() So my family said we will never come back to this racist restaurant again. After we tipped the waitress who served ** by the way was very awesome she kept apologizing for **** and busters behavior. So the manager said we can order anything we wanted he would pay for it. When he only spoke to one adult no one at our table was rude or yelling or aggressive. Finally the manager name ***** approached and said he did not want no problems that one of the adults sitting at the table looked scary to him which we were confused as to why he said such things. Mind you we are a black family we watched several people get served and servers just kept walking past us like we were disgusting to them. So one of the adults asked for the manager and we were told that we were given false information the reason why no one came to our table was because none of the servers wanted to serve our table. Thats when the server told us the kitchen was closed. Finally one of the adults asked one of the servers who was going to serve us because no one has. The children came back and still almost a hour went bye and still no server. We were seating and waited 20 mins and still no server so one of the adults went to the bar to get a drink and brought it back to the table the kids went to play and the rest of the adults stayed at the table to wait for a server. ![]() We had reservations for 12 people we arrived at 10:30 pm and the restaurant did not close til 2 am. On October 1st my family and I went to **** and busters after a haunted house tour for my birthday which was the worse experience once again. On Octoin Dave & Busters ************************ Me and my 5 year old child was thrown out of Dave & Busters *********** *** for no reason what so ever walked in at 8:00PM by 8:16PM this all occurred when we was only in there for about 15 to 20 minutes the most I had ordered my food and his and was approached by a big security guard surround by two others saying management said I had to leave because I said some lude and inappropriate comments to one of there employees when the only one I spoke to was the one I ordered both my food and my sons food by the end of the short end bar where I was very visible to all cameras which I told them to view and review was given the run around and told I will be contacted after there investigation last week on the 26 and 27 of October ************************************************************************ ***** and there was no help either my son was dramatized and we was both disrespected and violated too my son left with me crying scared and confused I have filed several complaints against them regarding this issue since it is now a legal matter too. Lol heres a copy of my receipt and I honestly dont blame the waitress for still wanting a 20% tip.note that I obliged. Can you believe they bought me a check with everything I ordered although I did not receive 20 % of my order? After asking for a manager only to be told theres a glitch in the system and that he will not charge me for the shareable we ate although it was missing the fries, celery, carrots, and dressing. I finally gave up after waiting an hour for the rest of my food and asked for the check. I ordered three separate shareable items only to receive half of the first shareable item 45 minutes later. Worse service Ive ever received from the kitchen.
